Estimating Servcie
We will assign a project estimator to present PCC bid form as per plan. During estimating we will provide RFI to point all area of design challenges or construction questions.
RFI
During the biding phase of any project, the plan could miss some details or specification that our estimator will address with a request for information on order to bring all questions and concern on the project.
Addition Construction Steps
We will work with all project team members to define the logistical requirements for the construction process, such as areas for deliveries, placement of barricades (if required) and hours of operation. We will get quotes from all sub to provide a full biding package for the job.
Sub-contractor & Vendors
PCC will contact all necessary sub-contractor or vendor in order to price the project.
Bid form
PCC will send a bid form to client with all pricing, inclusion, exclusion to the project and schedule as per plans and RFI.
Contract
Upon acceptance of the bid PCC will draft or receive a contract for construction including a schedule for the job with a start date.
Biding phase
During the biding process, we will provide up-to-date information with respect to changes that have occurred from RFI’s.
Contract signing
Once the bid has been accepted PCC will enter into a construction contract with Client.
