Schedule & Cost Reporting

PCC has an full list of sub-contractor to work with and add value to it’s construction management and one stop shop concept.

Final Inspections and Occupancy Permit

Final inspection is the final step of PPC Construction Management and delivery of the final step of construction with full Closing Documents package. After this phase the permit of occupancy will be delivered to owner.

Reporting and Cost Control

During the construction process, we will provide up-to-date information with respect to changes that have occurred. All RFI, Submittal, Change Order are controlled by PCC. Schedule impacts and cost approved by owner. PCC is controlling all aspect of duration, cost and delivery dates.

Commissioning and Project Closeout

One of the most critical stages of the construction process is the commissioning and closeout of the project. PCC stays on top of all aspect of the constructions management in order to have a trensparent dialog and update with owner.
